Operational Notice – Temporary Service Pause

Bayside Alliance and its affiliated brands, including Fly High Merch and Jewelry by Ben, will be observing a scheduled operational pause from April 17 through April 26.

During this period, production, order fulfillment, and shipping operations will be temporarily unavailable while our team is away from our production facilities. Customers are still welcome to browse our collections and place orders through our website; however, orders placed during this time will enter production once normal operations resume.

Regular production and fulfillment services will resume on April 27.
