Fly High is a kid-run business, and many of our products are designed for kids, teens and families. Our website and product content are intended to be family-friendly.

Children shown in our product images: Some children and teenagers pictured on our website are AI-generated models used to demonstrate how a product may look when worn or used. Any photographs featuring real minors are used with appropriate permission from their parent or guardian.

AI product mockups: Some product images may also be AI-generated or digitally created mockups, particularly for custom or made-to-order products. These images are examples of the expected appearance of the finished product. Customers purchasing these listings will receive a real physical product, not a digital or AI-generated image, unless the listing specifically states otherwise.

Products for children: Parents and guardians should review individual product descriptions and determine whether an item is appropriate for their child’s age and intended use. Small items, jewelry, accessories, or products containing small components may present a choking hazard and should not be given to young children without appropriate supervision.

Fly High is a small, independently operated business. Fly High is the successor brand to Jewelry by Ben, which is no longer operating as a separate store. Because we are transitioning from Jewelry by Ben to Fly High, the name Jewelry by Ben may continue to appear temporarily on credit or debit card statements, payment confirmations, emails, receipts, account information, shipping information, or services used to process orders. A Jewelry by Ben reference associated with a Fly High purchase does not necessarily mean that you have made a separate purchase.

If you submit photographs, artwork, names, text, logos, designs, or other materials for a customized product, we may receive and use those materials as necessary to create and fulfill your order.

Payment Information

Customers may be required to pay for orders through the payment methods available on our website.

Fly High does not need to directly receive or store your complete credit or debit card number when payments are handled by our payment processor. Payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider and is subject to that provider’s privacy and security practices.

During our transition, Jewelry by Ben may appear as the merchant or descriptor on certain payment records or card statements. If you recognize the amount and date as corresponding to a Fly High purchase, this may simply be the previous business name associated with our payment account.

If you do not recognize a transaction, please contact us before assuming that it relates to an order you placed.

Because of the transition from Jewelry by Ben, some emails, automated messages, receipts, or other communications may temporarily display Jewelry by Ben rather than Fly High.

We are working toward having Fly High reflected consistently throughout our systems.
